How to use the PU filling machine?

Pu Filling Machine Overview

It is an intelligent system with a fully automatic design, preset program control, and a parameter LCD digital display.

Electric gear pump with constant discharge pressure, ensuring uniform ratio of mixtures between two raw materials, and producing high-quality foam.

The system consists of heating blocks, temperature detection, discharging capacity, LCD, control adjustment, and pressure sensors.

Easy installation of control box; infusion hose heating wire, spiral inner wall with coating.

A computer-control self-test system, intelligent fault prompts, safe and reliable.

Assembly instructions for the PU Filling Machine

1. Fix the main control box mounting plate on the wall or workbench, then hang the main control box and fix it below.
2. Connect the power cord.
3. Open the lid of the raw material barrel and insert pump A and pump B into barrel A and B respectively.
4. After inserting the pump into the raw material barrel, start connecting the power cords of pumps A and B and the heating wires of A and B according to the markings.
5. For the ideal/optimal settings of temperature, pressure, or others, please consult us.

Ensure you follow all the steps to set up the PU foam injection machine.  Never use liquid from other factories, we will never be responsible for any safety accident caused by the casual use of liquid foam.

Precautions for operating the machine

If you never used pu filling machines before, then you may think some things are weird. Don’t worry, things go on well. Here are some examples for you to refer to:

1. The foam will produce a slight smell when it expands the forms. However, it doesn’t mean that you are breathing harmful gases. If you can’t bear it, ventilation is recommended.
2. You’d better put the machine in a place with fresh air and ventilation equipment, and the ambient temperature should be within the range of 1-39℃.
3. Never aim the foaming gun at the human body and spray it! If the raw material accidentally gets into the eyes, quickly flush the eyes with plenty of water for more than 15 minutes to soften the foam and seek medical attention immediately.
4. When the preset temperature is reached, it enters the standby state and can start working. The heating time is generally 1-2 minutes in summer and 3-4 minutes in winter. The actual time of heating depends on various factors, there’s no fixed time.
